Welcome to My Florida Room

Come on in and join me in my Florida room. After the past two rainy/windy days I am enjoying the sunshine, but it's still quite chilly, especially in the house where I haven't turned the heat back on yet. Running out to the camper, I spy the perfect warm place to enjoy my lunch and current read. And it's right in my own yard!

No, it's not a real Florida room. It's really my little 8' x 10' green house.

It's got a few wild vines growing in it and it's a little cluttered with gardening paraphernalia but it's 78 degrees and sunny in here! Yep, I found my lunch spot for the day.

Oh, and here's what I'm reading: Miss Julia Hits the Road by Ann B. Ross. All of the Miss Julia books are so funny, and there are many of them. I highly recommend them for some fun reading.

After lunch I've got to get busy packing the camper with good food and warm clothes.  Sweet hubby and I are going camping in the mountains for three nights.  I can't wait!

  4. Have a great trip. I like your balmy little hideaway. I love fun, easy books. Might have to check these out one day but bookstores in this country are a joke. Can't find a thing. I just wrote down your PB cookie recipe and will give it a try this week. Best wishes, Tammy
