We had a great Labor Day weekend camping trip!

There was lots of fun.
Lots of people.
Lots of hot weather.
Lots of rain.
Lots of dogs.
So many dogs in fact, they even had an impromptu dog show while we were there.
This little cutie got the award for being the youngest but I think they should have given her an award for being the loudest too.
She barked through the whole show!
Talk about coincidence, little Fifi (pictured below) had the same last name as us. When looking about for her owner we spied a first cousin of my husband's which we haven't seen in several years!
I guess all good things, including camping trips, must come to an end.
So as the sun sets over Lake Guntersville we say goodbye to summer and start looking forward to our next camping trip...maybe a Fall trip to the beautiful Alabama mountains!

Sherry, that sky picture is breathtaking! Thanks for showing it! I'm so glad you had a great time. I would have loved all the dogs! I'm such a dog person:) we didn't do anything 'special' but I did get to walk more on the trail. I am still enjoying that! Have a nice evening! Twyla
