I've drunk my water.
I've eaten my fruits and vegetables.
I've exercised.
So holding my breath, I step on the scales.

Down 1.8 pounds!!!
I'm thrilled, especially since I only started counting my Points on Monday!
At this rate, my Fall clothes will fit more comfortably real soon.

After spending all day yesterday...by myself...in the kitchen canning tomatoes, I'm rewarding myself with a day off today. Lunch with friends! Yaaaay!!!
