Ooo I like! I posted a paint by numbers for Pink Saturday last week. http://jennysthriftythoughts.blogspot.com/2010/07/pink-saturday-paint-by-numbers.html. But yours is one of the big ones. I have one of those waiting in the wings, too. They take forever!
I've been to Michaels 3 times since telling you I want to do this too. Each time, I try to remember what I went there for! Ack! I get a bit distracted when I go in there! ♥
Sherry! That is perfect! Thanks so much for your sweet comment! I saw someone do one that looks like those vintage Rose paintings..I may try one...my dd used to love doing them as a young girl!
Happy PINK Saturday Oh my how fun! Its looking soooo lovely. I remember those from so long ago when I didn't know how to do them as nicely...*s*. I'll be back to see how you are doing... It was so nice to have you visit...come back again. Judi
Hi Sherry Sweetie... I love your paint progress. It is going to be absolutely beautiful. Where are you going to hang it when you are through? I am not sure I would have the patience.
Thanks for stopping by today. You asked about my talking. I went back to the doctor yesterday and it was not good. He has taken away my voice for the next two weeks at work, and as much as possible when at home. I am still very hoarse and squeaky, not a lot comes out. I was so in hopes that he would take me off of the steroids, but no such luck, my lung tests were not good, so for now I must continue that also. I was disappointed as I have done everything that they have asked of me. We shall see what two weeks does. The sad part is: The severe coughing that I had, may have done permanent damage to my vocal cords, and I may never get my voice back. It may remain just as it is. (Squeaky)
Thanks for checking on me sweetie. I am trying to remain hopeful. One day at a time.
Sending much love and so many hugs you. Love, Sherry
It's gorgeous, can't wait to see it finished!!! I wanted to thank you for visiting me for my first Pink Saturday post, and for your sweet comments.... Happy Pink Saturday~~~ Daphne
OMGosh...that is just beautiful..I just might have to try paint by #'s once again in my life..only did this as a child..never to think that being a very grown up adult the results could be so much better and I'm sure a less of a mess too!
I do not know too much about this type work, but you have done looks really nice to me. I wish I could take credit for the crochet, but I did not do it. I never learned that. I was able to get these from one of the family estate sales.
