I miss my canning partner.
She could sure peel some tomatoes.

My little girl and I spent many summers in the kitchen together peeling and canning tomatoes.
I miss her since she's grown up, married, and living too far away.

That's a lot of tomatoes! I use canned tomatoes in so many recipes. Fresh tomato sandwiches are the best. Yummo! Happy canning. Tammy

ReplyDeleteDenise, I didn't get my tomatoes from a farmer's market. They were given to us by a church friend. Now that's a good friend, huh?
