  2. I would so love a camper van. Our deer stay well clear of humans, connect us with guns sadly.

  3. Just beautiful! I love deer ... I've been known to stop, blinker lights on, in the middle of the road to just sit & watch a herd in a field.

    Have a wonderful day ~

  7. It certainly looks that little deer is used to human contact. Such a pretty thing. I see that you were busy skirt making - I like the eggplant colored skirt with the jean jacket. Very nice! I haven't worn a skirt in forever. Enjoy your camping trip! Best wishes, Tammy

  9. Sherry--thank you for your kind comment at Rags today. I love this photo--your comfortable look and the rare opportunity to feed a deer.

  10. That's amazing! We used to feed the deer in the Adirondack Mountains when we went on vacations. Something about it is so thrilling.

  11. I have never had a dear eat from my hand but it looks like quite a thrill. I did have a robin come up and eat from my hand once. It was after the Mt. St. Helens eruption and our town was covered in 4 or 5 inches of ash. I was out in the yard shoveling ash off the lawn and as I removed the ash this worm was coming up for air (I guess) and this robin was sitting on the fence. I picked up the worm and held it out, he jumped down from the fence and came up and told it from me. I felt like Snow White. The poor bird was starving. I love the photo of your clothes out on the line. There is something beautiful about a clothesline filled with clothes blowing in the breeze. Please accept my warm invitation to come over and visit and hopefully to follow my blog, too. Your newest follower, Connie :)
